If the referral qualifies, signs an eligible agreement and Hlulo receives the qualifying payment, you earn the referral reward.

Programme terms

What qualifies?

The referral reward is 5% of the qualifying deal value actually received by Hlulo, excluding VAT, refunds, credits and third-party charges.

The reward applies to the initial qualifying customer agreement only.
The prospect must not already be actively engaged with Hlulo when the referral is registered.
A referral must be registered before the qualifying commercial engagement.
Where the same prospect is referred more than once, Hlulo will determine the eligible registered referral based on its records and the circumstances of the introduction.
Submitting a referral does not by itself create entitlement to a reward. Hlulo will confirm eligibility.
Any reward becomes payable only after Hlulo has received the applicable qualifying customer payment.
